Rates & Availability
We offer an exclusive rental approach based on firsthand business experience. The property does not have time/noise restrictions and will be available the day of the event AND at 5pm on the day prior to OR until 11am the day following. Our current event rental rate schedule is detailed below. For up to the minute availability you can refer to our online calendar.

Low (May 1 – Oct 31) $ 2,200 USD + 16% tax
High (Nov 1 – April 31) $ 3,200 USD + 16% tax
Holiday (Thanksgiving/Dec 15-Jan 3) $3,700 USD +16% tax

Corporate Meetings, Retreats and Incentives
Villa Balboa´s vast common areas can be transformed into general meeting, break out rooms or incentive event venues. The high-tech screening room and satellite system provide connectivity to media, theater, movies, and entertainment. Our screening room’s projection system is computer compatible as well so you can carry out presentations. Villa Balboa can provide accommodations for up to 18 people with two presidential suites, four executive suite, a quadruple suite plus a private oceanfront apartment for the executive director or meeting planner. The villa’s concierge service is available to assist you in arranging transportation, tours, speakers, or additional media support as needed.
